About the Role

\

As a Home Care Specialist with ECL, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently within their own homes. This includes helping them regain their independence by relearning skills such as personal care, mobility, and preparing meals.

\

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success. Once trained, you will be assigned a mentor who will work alongside you to ensure your confidence and competence in the role.

\

We value work-life balance and offer flexible contracts to suit your needs. Our teams provide critical care and support, and as a result, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.69 per hour weekdays and £14.69 per hour weekends.
