Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Longhope. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks
* Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to care
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Benefits:

* Competitive pay rate starting at £11.57 per hour
* Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
* Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
