We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at AC Hotels by Marriott Inverness. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including countertops, stoves, ovens, grills, and sinks.
- Organize and maintain food storage areas, such as freezers and refrigerators.
- Receive and organize deliveries in the kitchen.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Remove and dispose of kitchen waste.
- Assist the Chef and other kitchen staff with food preparation and service.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Fluency in English.
