About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to join our management team at the Francis Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the revenue of all business centers in the Spa through effective scheduling, yield management, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a highly motivated and engaged team to deliver consistently high standards of service and operation in all areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Ensure outstanding guest relations and drive the delivery of the Francis brand standards.
- Contribute to the success of the Francis Hotel by providing a consistently memorable and relaxing wellbeing experience for our guests.
