About the Role:

As a Specialty Doctor on Hazel Ward, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and passion for high-quality patient care will flourish. You will be part of a supportive medical team, including a Consultant Psychiatrist and up to two Trainee Doctors, and will contribute to the care of male inpatients on a busy acute psychiatric ward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the medical team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the supervision and teaching of trainees and medical students on rotation.
  • Participate in local Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
  • Actively participate in the development of leadership skills and service development.
