Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Education Specialist to join Wayman Learning Trust in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. This role involves planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 students.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective instructional strategies to promote active participation and academic growth among Year 4 students
* Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their development
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 4
* Passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
