Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities with potential future clients and build long-term relationships
  • Design and implement high-quality, efficient corporate governance frameworks tailored to client needs
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, enhancing personal and business profiles
  • Oversee disclosure and reporting requirements, staying updated on legislative and regulatory developments
  • Establish systems and processes to support the Board and address all corporate governance and company secretarial matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years' relevant experience in a company secretarial role
  • Capable of working independently
  • ICSA qualified or part-qualified in a relevant qualification

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
