Job Title: Planning Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Planning Consultant to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert planning and dispute resolution services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Conduct delay analysis and provide expert witness testimony
  • Manage and administer contracts
  • Provide support to senior delay experts in individual arbitration matters
  • Assist clients in acquiring the desired legal outcome
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a construction project planner
  • Pre and post contract planning experience on large-scale, complex projects
  • Experience of live project controls work
  • Ability to assist in updating and producing programmes and schedules for live projects
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to contribute to reports
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary up to £60k (DOE)
  • Annual bonus (circa 4% annually)
