Salary: £159.97 - £204.53 per Day

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of a high-quality user experience across all areas of the ICT service, ensuring systems and guidance meet expectations. This role is ideal for someone who can promote digital tools and equipment to users, helping them achieve their goals efficiently and securely.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote fit-for-purpose systems and excellent standards of access, availability, usability, and service to users.
  • Lead a team providing an exceptional user-centered service, supporting users to get full value from available digital tools and equipment.
  • Implement and support others to ensure Council values and practices meet security, financial prudence, transparency, inclusion, and sustainability objectives.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, promoting expertise sharing and continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Support Council-wide initiatives that implement the Mayor's priorities and corporate objectives, meeting user needs of Hackney residents and businesses.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ideal candidates possess a bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification, although consideration will be given to those without formal qualifications who can demonstrate similar experience.

Necessary Requirements:

  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to work in the U.K.
