Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Construction Site Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for construction projects, including assistance with recruitment processes.
  • Onboard new employees, ensuring all required documents are completed and compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate meetings with interviewees and new employees on site.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Process attendance, holiday, sickness, and clearance records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Monitor employee welfare and address any issues related to site accommodations, transport, or other logistical concerns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR/administrative support/office management, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £37,500 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience.
