Job Title: Head of Marketing

Clarion Events is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles in events and digital.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and initiatives.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams across a matrix organisation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
