**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Liaise with external partners to arrange events, outings, and activities that enrich the lives of our residents.
  • Support the home's social media channels and contribute to the creation of engaging content.

**Ideal Candidate**

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering engaging activities and promoting resident engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Benefits Package**

  • An estimated salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
