Location: Kidderminster

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, growing, and maintaining their e-commerce platform, primarily on Amazon but also on other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth through keywords and marketing campaigns.
  • Implement marketplace strategy, management, forecasts, and results analysis, with a focus on customer metrics and overall account health.
  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance tracking.
  • Analyse marketing channels and site performance metrics, providing insights for critical decision-making.
  • Optimise marketplace copy and metadata to maximise search engine traffic.

Requirements:

  • Passion for e-commerce with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience in Amazon e-commerce marketplace (experience with other marketplaces is a plus).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers within marketplaces.
  • Understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems.
  • Proactive, well-organized, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to think on your feet with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High computer literacy and the ability to learn new software.
  • Proven work ethic.
