Role Overview:
As a key member of the in-store team, you will provide visual merchandising support, engaging customers through creative product placements and leveraging the latest fashion trends. Your responsibilities will include designing window displays and in-store presentations while optimizing store profitability through captivating visual strategies.

Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Address customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring optimal resolutions.
  • Maintain the sales team's professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Understand the customer service evaluation metrics.

Sales

  • Strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance to enhance store sales.
  • Utilize in-store technology to present the complete product range to customers.
  • Analyze reports to inform product placement strategies for key items.

Visual Merchandising

  • Engage and motivate customers to make purchases through innovative visual techniques.
  • Assist in maintaining high standards on the sales floor.
  • Ensure stock is clean and visually appealing at all times.

Training and Development

  • Foster personal growth within your team.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Aid in the development of current staff, ensuring completion of necessary assessments.

Skills, Experience & Knowledge Required

  • Previous experience in a retail supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
