Infectious Diseases and Acute Medicine Consultant

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of consultants in Infectious Diseases and Acute Medicine at Ealing Hospital, part of the London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be based at Ealing Hospital and contribute to the trust's undergraduate and postgraduate training as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer for Imperial College.

• Participate in inpatient and outpatient care, including specialty clinics such as Tuberculosis, ambulatory ID, HIV, OPAT, and viral hepatitis.

The ideal candidate will possess clinical training and experience equivalent to the requirement for UK CCT in Acute & Gen Med. A Doctor of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene (DTM&H) or PhD is highly desirable. The post holder will be expected to work closely with the consultant team, sharing expertise and interests in both inpatient and outpatient care.

Ealing Hospital provides a range of clinical services, including a 24/7 emergency department and urgent care centre. The hospital is also home to Meadow House Hospice, offering specialist care.
