Sales Associate, John Lewis Partnership

Job Summary:
As a Sales Partner at the John Lewis Partnership, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and acting as an ambassador for our values. You will be empowered to seek out opportunities to achieve the right outcomes for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Partner, you will be responsible for delivering service with a smile at the till, assisting customers with their online orders, and proactively engaging with customers on the shop floor to help them find and fall in love with our products. You will work with colleagues and managers to turn customer conversations into sales, utilizing your passion for selling and your knowledge of our products to provide guidance and advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of selling, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
