About the RoleAs a Sales Development Manager - Enterprise Solutions, you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales process from finding clients to closing deals. You'll work closely with our BDR and Marketing teams to develop new strategies and collaborate with our Customer Success Team to drive Land and Expand opportunities from our existing portfolio.
You'll need 4+ years of B2B Enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals over £250k in contract value. Strong consultative sales skills are essential, along with experience in longer and more complex sales cycles.
Our MEDDPICC sales methodology is used to build a robust sales pipeline in Hubspot. We sell turnkey solutions to employers, including office-based and shift-based workers. Our Best-in-Class technology platform connects organizations with riders and operator partners via route optimization, mobile apps, and operations management systems.
We prioritize safety, quality, and relationships while empowering one another (Trust). We also focus on Efficiency, making data-driven decisions and being transparent in feedback to constantly improve.
