About the Role

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client's presence in the hire sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling to existing customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand our client's market share
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure revenue growth and account satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers at site and regional office level
  • Pre-qualify potential customers' ability to pay and provide credit control support
  • Prepare and submit proposals and quotations based on customer needs
  • Regularly review customers' spend and adjust rates accordingly
  • Establish a broad contact base with all customers to incorporate key contacts
  • Submit accurate and detailed reports to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Maintain regular appointments and calls with customers, prioritizing effectively
  • Take necessary action to stimulate activity with non-spending customers or down traders
  • Convey customer site leads and market knowledge to relevant client personnel
  • Attend and report at regional sales meetings
  • Liaise daily with operational teams in all client divisions

Adecco is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a salary and bonus scheme of up to 40% of your basic salary.
