At Safety Talent, we value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality products. Our Health & Safety Manager role will be based in Wrexham, providing a unique opportunity to learn new skills and contribute to various projects across the manufacturing floor, warehousing, and vehicle movements.

This position entails reviewing working practices, ensuring employees adhere to guidelines, and promoting a safe work environment. Additionally, you will support the business with Quality standards, manage NCR reports, and maintain BRC accreditation through audits.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Health & Safety and Quality. The ideal candidate should possess a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent and have experience in similar manufacturing environments. Familiarity with BRC accreditations and audits is also essential.

As a Health & Safety Manager, your primary focus will be on upholding high standards for Health & Safety while continuously improving safety standards. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
