Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and timely management information to stakeholders
  • Produce a monthly set of management accounts
  • Operational finance analysis and reporting
  • Create budgets and review monthly performance with managers
  • Business partner the operations team to improve their understanding of finance
  • Balance sheet production and reconciliation
  • Ensure financial controls are in place and look to continually improve
  • Support on the delivery of relevant regulatory and legislative compliance
Requirements
  • Accountancy experience within a similar environment including the production of management accounts
  • Experience of budget setting and the development of detailed financial forecasts
  • A strong working knowledge of transactional accounting and complex accounting concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • An ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, at all levels
  • You should be ideally working towards a professional accountancy qualification (or qualified by experience)
