About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Facilitator to join our Learning and Development team at bet365. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and eLearning solutions that meet the specific needs of our technical and facilities teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Needs Analysis: Engage with technology and facilities managers to identify required learning and management development needs, making recommendations for change where appropriate.
  • Training Design and Development: Design new learning and training interventions and produce materials in accordance with the needs of the department and stakeholders.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver effective training modules to people at all levels, including Senior Management.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing learning and training interventions and materials based on established principles and models.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of research and trends within the learning and development sector.
