We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support an adult recovering from a brain injury, with a focus on helping them participate in their favourite outdoor and physical activities.

We welcome applicants who share a passion for fitness and the outdoors, particularly those with experience in rehabilitation, brain injury care, or related healthcare roles. As a Supportive Rehabilitation Enabler, you will work closely with our client to design and implement tailored therapy programs, incorporating physical and cognitive exercises to enhance their recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, be physically fit, and have a valid UK driving license. You will also be required to administer medications, manage medication adherence, and keep detailed records of the client's progress.
