Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 to £25,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus structure, as well as hybrid working opportunities and career progression prospects.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in the UK, and applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the country.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Researcher/Resourcer to join our growing team, where you will be trained on the fundamentals of candidate market mapping, headhunting, and retained search methods.

As a Researcher/Resourcer, you will work alongside our director to develop your skills and knowledge, with typical search assignments including:

• Mine Managers
• Process Managers
• Engineering & Maintenance Managers
• HSE Managers
• Exploration Managers
• Project Managers
• Project Directors

Required Experience & Skills

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Recruitment industry experience or a sales background (B2B/B2C)
• Able to make phone calls and engage in effective communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
