**Job Summary**
La Fosse is seeking a highly skilled FuSa Cybersecurity Specialist to support their Automotive Tier 1 client with their EV Vehicle programmes. The ideal candidate will have experience in functional safety and cybersecurity, with a strong background in auditing and assessing departments and suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct functional safety and cybersecurity audits and assessments of departments and suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical direction to ensure technology plans are futureproofed to support the company's NPI process framework.
- Ensure continued ISO9001/IATF16949 compliance by driving continuous improvement across all associated aspects of the quality engineering process.
- Develop and implement processes for Functional Safety and/or Cybersecurity management, concept and systems design.
- Collaborate with the company and its subsidiaries to drive business growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, including ISO26262 and ISO21434.
**Requirements**
- Strong background in functional safety and cybersecurity.
- Experience in auditing and assessing departments and suppliers.
- Excellent technical direction and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
