About the Role

The Business Unit Coordinator will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Business Unit Leader and Business Development Manager at CBRE Managed Services. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Unit Leader and Business Development Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Assist with sales opportunities, including preparing sales materials and coordinating sales calls.
  • Manage the completion of Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires for the Business Unit.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard), which will include an English and Maths qualification.
  • Higher educational qualifications to A level/HNC/D would be beneficial.
  • Experience of a similar role in a medium-sized business.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
