Job Description

As a Farmland Advisor with H2O Recruitment Services in Rugby, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in making informed decisions about their farmland investments. This involves conducting thorough research, analyzing market trends, and providing expert advice on agency, valuation, development, and CPO work.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting farmland investments.
* Analysis: Analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to maximize returns on investment.
* Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on farmland investments, including property acquisition, development, and disposal.
* Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural community, including farmers, landowners, and industry experts.

What We Offer

This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance, mobile phone allowance, enhanced annual leave, birthday off, pension plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Health & wellbeing programme, and a supportive environment.

We require a MRICS Qualified Surveyor with Registered RICS Valuer status (preferred), an affinity for farming and agriculture, demonstrable experience in agency, valuation, development, and CPO work, excellent networking skills, strong communication skills, accurate record-keeping, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a 'can-do' attitude.
