We are Resi, a leading home extension company in the UK, seeking a Business Development Representative to join our in-house sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing your sales and business acumen to drive success.

This is a consultative B2C sales role, where you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from initial consultation to closing. You will work closely with our team of high-performing Business Development Specialists, Architectural Designers, Planners, Digital Surveyors, and Building Regulation Specialists.

At Resi, we help homeowners design, finance, and build their dream home without the stress and cost. Our innovative approach has transformed the customer experience, delivering high-quality projects quickly, affordably, and sustainably.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Exploring customers' project goals and identifying potential objections.
  • Building bespoke quotes and maintaining a diligent follow-up process.
  • Developing a comprehensive book of referees from your existing customer base.
  • Ensuring strong compliance with our database and customer tracking tools.

About You:

  • 1-2 years' experience in B2C sales with closing experience.
  • Ability to communicate the Resi vision and brand effectively to customers.
  • Understanding of the house extension project lifecycle.
