At Comfort Call Limited, we're seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead our care team and drive the delivery of exceptional personal care services.


About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the care team, ensuring the highest standards of care are met, and that all processes are followed and documented correctly.


As a key member of our management team, you will also be accountable for compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and motivate a team of care workers to deliver high-quality personal care services
  • Ensure the correct number of qualified care workers are available to meet service demands
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of care, adhering to statutory and regulatory frameworks
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual service users' needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency

About You


We're looking for an efficient, organised, and experienced manager who is passionate about providing excellent community care. You'll need strong budget, business management, and commercial skills to succeed in this role.
