About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to lead our Private Client team in a dynamic and sought-after firm in Lincolnshire.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Private Client law and experience in managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of solicitors in the Private Client department
  • Handle a range of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, and trusts
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Client law
  • Proven track record of managing a team and achieving business objectives

  • STEP accreditation or equivalent
