Archie's is on a mission to provide the most unique and exciting menu while striving to deliver exceptional customer service. As a High-Level Kitchen Team Member, you will play a key role in achieving this goal.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for food who can work well under pressure and as part of a team. You will be responsible for preparing food orders to our high standards and timings, working alongside other kitchen crew members to ensure seamless operations.

You'll need to have a fundamental understanding of cooking, be able to follow instructions, and have a genuine desire to deliver a great service. Most of all, an enthusiasm for getting the job done is essential.

With competitive rates of pay at £9.75 per hour for 18-20 hours and £11.50 per hour for 21+ hours, you will also receive employee benefits and a fun work environment.

We require a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, including late evenings and weekends. Shift patterns will vary, but we guarantee a dynamic and engaging work experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside other kitchen crew members to prepare food orders to Archie's spec and timings
  • Undertake food prep as instructed by the Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Assistant Manager or Kitchen Supervisor
  • Record keeping in line with Due Diligence rules
  • Adhere to the menu and portion sizes
  • Follow cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
