About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as a part-time sales representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, supporting the sales team, and maintaining accurate records.

The estimated salary for this position is around 90,000 CZK per month, based on a 30-hour workweek. This figure may vary depending on factors such as experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure efficient sales operations
  2. Review and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  3. Collaborate with the Shared Service Center to manage payment processes
  4. Process and track marketing invoices and customer bonuses
  5. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bc. degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak and advanced English language skills
