The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • An ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
