Cygnet offers an exciting opportunity for a registered mental health nurse to join our high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for women. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding care and promoting efficient rehabilitation and recovery.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care and support to female patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to develop and improve service quality.
  • Administer medicines within healthcare guidelines and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Good understanding of the latest nursing practices and commitment to patient recovery.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
