Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analyst to support our General Manager and Business Development Specialist in all commercial aspects of renewable energy development projects in the UK and EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel to prepare contract terms and negotiate with investors and financial institutions.
  • Assist in evaluating commercial proposals, preparing project cash flow, and evaluating project IRR.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and investors.
  • Coordinate financial, legal, and commercial due diligence to ensure project financial close.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and project feasibility analysis in the renewable energy business field.
  • Demonstrated experience in development of commercial contracts and negotiation with financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or finance.
