We are working with a well-established digital agency, offering services in web development, SEO, PPC, and content creation. Our clients span a wide range of industries, primarily small to medium-sized businesses, giving them a varied and dynamic customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage website projects from start to finish, coordinating everything from the initial client brief to launch.
  • Build great relationships with a variety of clients, mainly small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Work closely with developers, copywriters, and SEO specialists to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Help grow client accounts by spotting opportunities to offer extra services.
  • Stay on top of timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to clients and the team.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in both account and project management, ideally from a digital or marketing agency.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, managing a high volume of work at the same time.
  • Experience managing web development projects, or a good understanding of what's involved.
