Our Shared Services Centre (ASC) is at the heart of our business, providing critical support functions to our teams worldwide. As an ASC People Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goals.

The ASC People Coordinator role is responsible for processing all employee lifecycle events, providing HR, learning, and organisational development administrative support. You will work closely with our People & Culture Function to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process all employee lifecycle events to a high standard and meet agreed service levels.
  2. Work with external partners to complete lifecycle events, such as employee relocation, background checks, and visa/immigration requests.
  3. Resolve and process all employee and partner enquiries via our HR ticketing system, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
  4. Update our HR systems and notify changes to payroll where necessary.
  5. Provide administrative support and handle first-line queries related to our annual HR calendar of activities.
  6. Offer first-line advice on policies and procedures.
  7. Provide timely and accurate management information and data.
  8. Suggest and implement improvements to our HR administration processes.
  9. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in ASC, People & Culture, Payroll, and HRIS.
  10. Collaborate with HR Advisors to find solutions to complex problems.
  11. E nsure all activities and duties are carried out in accordance with our regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Salary Estimate: £32,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in a shared service centre.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a virtual team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with HR systems.
