Electrochemist Specialist

To accelerate our growth in the Energy Transition technology space, we are seeking a driven and creative scientist to work in low temperature electrolysis. As an Electrochemist Specialist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing electrochemical flow reactors.

Your typical responsibilities will include developing, assembling, and characterising both alkaline electrolyte membrane and polymer electrolyte membrane electrolysers for electrochemical water splitting. You will apply innovative approaches to fluid formulation, processing, and optimisation of membrane electrode assemblies.

You will be based at SLB Cambridge Research (SCR), a world-class facility with state-of-the-art research and computing equipment. The salary range for this position is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
