Job Title: Health and Safety Coordinator

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to join our client's team in Northampton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of employees and visitors in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements to ensure a safe working environment
  • Act as the primary health and safety contact for the Northampton office
  • Manage incident response and resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Provide training and education to employees on health and safety procedures
Requirements:
  • Confident Health and Safety professional with experience working in the telecoms industry
  • Hold a NEBOSH or similar qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
