MEP Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team at The Opportunity Hub UK. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects across London and the South East.

Job Overview

As the MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Estimating and pre-construction activities
  • Managing the full project life cycle
  • Leading a talented team and collaborating with subcontractors
  • Developing detailed Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for MEP installation activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade or technical apprenticeship with a building services bias
  • A BTECH Level 3 / HNC and NVQ or equivalent
  • Experience in managing multiple subcontractors on small to medium-sized projects
  • A background in construction or project management
