Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a reception service to keep the building safe and secure.
  • Be a point of contact for service users who may require assistance.
  • Be responsible for project standards, repairs monitoring, and other administrative duties relevant to the role.
  • Deal with crisis situations and ensure a good standard of professional service is given.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture, and ethos.
