TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join their team. This exciting opportunity is with an excellent chartered accountancy practice based in Sevenoaks, Kent.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax, with experience in client handling, tax advisory work, and tax compliance. They will be responsible for assisting with tax advisory work, including EIS and share schemes, as well as helping with mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, and tax due diligence.
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified or qualified by experience, with a career background in corporate tax or a mixed tax background. They will have advisory/planning tax experience gained within an accounting firm or tax boutique firm of any size.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex UK tax matters, produce high-quality work within budget, and have a high level of client relationship. They will also have the opportunity to oversee a personal tax portfolio, encompassing compliance and IHT planning.
