About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leisure Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that our members have an exceptional experience.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our leisure facilities, including the gym, pool, and studios.
  • Assist with the delivery of our wellness programs and services, including fitness classes and workshops.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our business objectives and provide a high-quality service to our members.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
