Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing your market, growing your database, and building long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong market presence across your specialist sector
- Grow your database by consistently adding new, quality candidates, clients, and contacts
- Compose attractive and eye-catching job advertisements for available opportunities
- Build and nurture excellent relationships with candidates and clients
- Negotiate contracts and promote our services to new and existing clients and contacts
- Develop your own brand awareness within your specialist market
Requirements
- Proven experience in permanent or contract recruitment
