We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a nurse in this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing tailored care plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical practices, current NMC registration, and experience in creating comprehensive care plans and risk assessments. They'll also need to possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering person-centered care.

In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per year, based on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
