About the Role:
Creative Support is seeking a proactive and motivated Support Worker to provide person-centred support on a relief basis at our Rugby supported living service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with diverse support needs to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with a range of needs, including mental health, physical disabilities, and learning disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with service users to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to promote independence and confidence.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a supported living or care setting.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of person-centred approaches and support planning.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
