About the Role:

Creative Support is seeking a proactive and motivated Support Worker to provide person-centred support on a relief basis at our Rugby supported living service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with diverse support needs to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with a range of needs, including mental health, physical disabilities, and learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with service users to develop and implement tailored care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to promote independence and confidence.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.

Requirements:
