Job Overview:
Lightyear Recruitment is partnering with a global company to find top talent for a temporary-to-permanent production role. As an assembly line worker, you will work independently and as part of a team to meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build products according to specifications or pictorial guidelines in the standard operating procedure.
- Understand product applications to identify potential implications of malfunctioning procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary documentation.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming parts, notifying the team leader or supervisor.
- Report any issues or suggestions for improvement to the team leader or supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with the company's health and safety policy, reporting incidents promptly.
- Maintain site practices at a high level, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness standards are met.
- Perform other duties as agreed upon with management to support business efficiency and project objectives.

Estimated Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year
