Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at The Action Group. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to individuals with epilepsy and PEG-gastrostomy care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities and pursue their interests.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and PVG clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
