As a Maintenance Team Leader at Brambles, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance team to ensure the site's equipment and facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Audit and ensure compliance of engineering data systems to maintain accurate records and improve decision-making.
  • Optimize equipment performance and product quality by implementing standard procedures and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage facilities and ensure a safe working environment for staff and visitors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage maintenance material spend and optimize resource allocation.
  • Support the installation of new machinery and equipment, and develop specifications to ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Manage contractors on site to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds, apprenticeship, HND, HNC or similar in an engineering-related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
