Role Overview

As a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ambitious Primary Educator, you will be working in a supportive and inclusive school environment that prioritizes strong behaviour management and a collaborative Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Our Ofsted "Good" rated primary school is looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team and contribute to the educational growth and development of our students.

Responsibilities

• Support and encourage student progress and attainment through one-to-one and small group work during lessons and throughout the school day.
• Collaborate closely with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to provide tailored support and develop strategies for student engagement and behaviour management.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson planning and implementation, contributing to the creation of a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
• Build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive school culture.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies and policies.

Requirements

• 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university.
• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for teaching and supporting young learners, with a commitment to their educational and personal development.

Contract Details

• Full-time, term-time only contract.
• Competitive daily rate of £90-£100.
