We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain client PCs, servers, and network devices.
  • Monitor and maintain backup systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Network Infrastructure team to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an MSP or ISP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking protocols.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Azure Sync environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve client satisfaction.
